Arriving on time
Participants are expected to arrive on time for training sessions, meals, and shared activities and to follow the daily camp schedule.
The code of conduct applies to all participants of VolleyZone Camp throughout their entire stay. Its purpose is to ensure a safe, pleasant, and organized environment for training, rest, and shared activities. Behavior that endangers safety, disrupts order, or seriously violates camp rules is not acceptable and may be grounds for removing a participant from camp without refund of the amount paid.

During training and all organized activities, participants are expected to follow the instructions of coaches and the organizing team.
During training, effort, respect for teammates, and fair play are expected, without insulting, pushing, deliberately disturbing others, or refusing to cooperate with coaches and the group.
Participants should use sports equipment, hotel inventory, and shared spaces responsibly.
At the beach, during walks, and outside the hotel, participants may move only with permission and according to the instructions of camp leaders and coaches. Leaving the group on one's own or leaving camp without approval is not allowed and may be grounds for removal from camp without refund of the amount paid.
Rooms should be kept tidy, roommates respected, and hotel quiet hours observed, without excessive noise or inappropriate behavior.
After evening activities, participants are expected to respect rest time so everyone can sleep well and be ready for the next day.
Phones and personal belongings must be used responsibly. Participants are required to look after their own money, phones, jewelry, and other valuables, and the organizer does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
All participants are expected to communicate politely and respectfully with coaches, camp leaders, hotel staff, and other campers. Any form of insulting, mocking, or excluding others on racial, national, political, sexual, or any other grounds is especially unacceptable.
Any form of physical or verbal violence, threats, bringing in or consuming alcohol, cigarettes, narcotics, or other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden and may be grounds for immediate removal from camp without refund of the amount paid.
If a participant feels unwell, has pain, an injury, or any other difficulty, they are required to report it immediately to a coach, physiotherapist, or doctor, who are available to provide timely assistance throughout the entire camp.
In the event of repeated or serious violations of the rules, the organizer will contact the parents and take appropriate measures in the interest of the safety and well-being of all participants. For more serious violations, the organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from camp immediately without refund of the amount paid.
