Registration process
STEPS
- A parent fills in the registration form.
- The organizer confirms availability and sends payment instructions for the deposit.
- Payment of the 150 EUR deposit confirms the reservation of the place.
- The remaining amount must be paid by June 1, 2026.
- Before camp starts, parents receive the final information and organizational details.
Important notes and rules
Spot reservation
A camp spot is considered reserved after the registration is received and the deposit payment is confirmed.
Changes and schedule
The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the schedule, activities, and program details if required by organizational circumstances.
Medical and dietary notes
Parents are required to provide all relevant medical information, allergies, and specific dietary needs during registration.
Consent and media
By registering, parents confirm that they are familiar with the camp rules and give consent for the use of photos and video materials for promotional purposes.
Cancellation and refunds
In the event of cancellation, we refund the full amount paid until May 15, 2026. After that date, the deposit amount is retained. In the event of camp cancellation by the organizer, the full amount paid is refunded.
Medical certificate
A valid medical certificate confirming the participant's fitness must be submitted no later than the first day of camp. The organizer reserves the right to deny participation in the camp to a participant without a valid medical certificate, without refund of the amount paid.
